Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the website plugin.usecockpit.co and to the software published on it ("Cockpit plugins"), including the Google Multi-Account MCP server. By using them, you accept these terms.

2. Open source license

Cockpit plugins are free software distributed under the MIT license. The license text in each repository governs your rights to use, copy, modify and distribute the code. If these terms conflict with the license regarding the code itself, the license prevails.

3. Your responsibilities

You run the software on your own computer, with your own OAuth client and your own accounts, and you are responsible for that setup.
Actions performed through the software, such as sending an email or deleting an event, are carried out on your instruction through your AI assistant. Review important actions before confirming them.
You must comply with the terms of the services you connect, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the terms of your AI provider, and only connect accounts you are authorized to use.

4. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as stated in the MIT license. To the extent permitted by law, OXYGENE NUMERIQUE is not liable for any damage arising from its use, including lost or misdirected data, or actions taken by an AI assistant.

5. Third-party services

Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Codex is a trademark of OpenAI. Cursor, GitHub, Copilot, Goose and Docker are trademarks of their respective owners. Their names and logos are used only to describe compatibility. Cockpit plugins are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
